On July, 7, 2010 the Director-Co-Ordinator of Research Programs of Leontief Centre L. E. Limonov has received an official message of thanks from the director of United Nations office Mrs. Haiyan Qian for participation as the moderator of one of the seminars and The UN Public Service Awards Ceremony 2010 (for the best practice in the field of the state and municipal management), organised in the framework of the Forum "The Role of Public Service in Achieving the Millennium Development Goals: Challenges and Best Practices". The Forum was held on June, 21-23 in Barcelona (Spain) and was organized by the United Nations
